As part of the upcoming 3rd Annual Rural Healthcare Symposium at the University of Georgia School of Law, Boling & Company hosted the "2018 Preview Webcast" at Atlanta's WABE studios on February 1. This webcast contained two panels of experts in the areas of Medicaid reform and rural mental/behavioral health.
The first panel brought together Medicaid experts Laura Harker from the Georgia Budget and Policy Institute, Dr. William Custer from the Georgia Health Policy Center at GSU, Dr. Reinetta Waldrop from Morehouse School of Medicine, and Beth Stephens from Georgia Watch.
The second panel, on rural mental and behavioral health, featured Dr. Ron Manderscheid of the National Association for Rural Mental Health, Dr. Sarah Vinson from Morehouse School of Medicine, and Dr. Glyn Thomas from Unison Behavioral Health.
The panels were moderated by Dr. Fazal Khan from the UGA School of Law and Bill Boling of Boling & Company.
